    • The contest giveaway isopen to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

    • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest .
    • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Infinite Linx Fashion to use Winners name, instagram profile, name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation on a permanent basis for the purpose of the contest.

    • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    • The entrant must be following @Infinitelinxjewelry on Instagram  in order to enter
      • Closing date for entry will be Jan 14th 20,18 ending Jan 16, 2018 After this date the no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
    • Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Jan 17th, 2018 from all completed entries via Instagram.
    • Winner reserves the right to not accept the prize and will forfeit all rights to the prize. In this event another winner will be chosen
    • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
      • If participants and/ or winner unfollow after contest, participant will not be eligible for future contests
    • Infinite Linx Fashion ( promoter) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes she be the sole responsibility of th winner.
    • The winner will be notified by Message Feature on your instagram Account within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 4 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    • The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Prize will be mailed via USPS First class. Mail. Participant will be asked for valid U.S. mailing address. In the event Prize package is returned or Non delivered, the promoter will not attempt to mail again and prize will be void.
    • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

    • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by U.S and Arizona law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
    • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
